Physics is physics, so whether you are studying it the MCAT or for class, the concepts will be the same. It's one of those classes that you have to "get" to excel in, and an good MCAT physics prep book will help you "get" it. It will also have a lot of practice problems, which are very useful.

Are you having problems understanding the concepts and applying these to the math, or are you having problem with the math itself?
