I need help correcting these hypothesis. According too the Prof: "The hypotheses are right, YOu do need to use the right symbols. The symbol, Ho: is used for the hypothesis of no difference. the symbol Ha: is used for the hypothesis of a difference"
Anyone willing to take a crack at it?
Research question 1: Is there a significant difference in the perceived stress levels of nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional graduate students in brick and mortal schools?
Hypothesis 1 : There is no significant difference in perceived stress levels of nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional on-campus graduate students.
H0: There is significant difference in perceived stress levels of nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional on-campus graduate students
Research Question 2. Is there a significant difference in the coping styles of nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional graduate students in brick and mortal schools?
Hypothesis 2:There is no significant difference in the coping styles of nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional on-campus graduate students.
H0: There is significant difference in the coping styles of nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional on-campus graduate students
Hypothesis 3. Is there a significant correlation between the demographics of age, gender, marital status, employment and the perceived stress or coping styles of students in nontraditional graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional graduate students in brick and mortal schools?
H0: Demographics will not differ between graduate students in distance learning versus nontraditional on-campus graduate students.
