Help with School List (3.53 cGPA, 3.56 sGPA 25 MCAT)

Greetings everyone! I hope all of your application preparations are going well. I have my list below, and obviously there are reach schools for my stats, but I'm trying to work with what I've got! Are they any I should add or remove? This forum has been a huge help and resource, so thank you in advance!

NOTE: My EC's are weak due to having to work a lot to put myself and my wife through school, but I'm working on getting them up there!

Stats:
cGPA: 3.53
sGPA: 3.56
MCAT: 25
DO Shadowing: ~ 50 hours (still shadowing)
Research: ~ 70 hours for a lichen research project (weird, I know)
Volunteering: TA for anatomy program, volunteer judge at several elementary school science fairs
Employment: Working throughout my whole undergrad for 30+ hours a week. Most recently at a bank as a teller (2 years)
