For example, 2 years ago UC Davis matriculated one OOS applicant out of 2,000 applicants. Do you really believe you will be that one out of 2,000 ? Yes, and some of the those OOS applicants accepted to state public schools are former residents, attended the undergraduate school, are legacies, etc. .
