MD List (Need to Shorten): UC-Davis, UC-Riverside, Rosalind Franklin, Medical College of Georgia at Augusta, University of Illinois, Sidney Kimmel, Virginia Commonwelath, Loyola Stritch, Ohio State University, Quinnipiac, Geisinger Commonwelath, Medical University of South Carolina, William Beaumont, Rutgers, Temple, Tufts, Rutgers Robert Wood, Wayne State, Drexel, Central Michigan, Michigan State, Toledo, Rush, Wright State, NEOMED, Cooper

You are competitive for all the DO schools on your list. Your MD list contains many state public schools that accept few non residents with no connection to the state and your stats. For example, 2 years ago UC Davis matriculated one OOS applicant out of 2,000 applicants. Do you really believe you will be that one out of 2,000 ? This is a more realistic list for MD schools with your Ohio residency and stats:
Toledo
Wright State
NEOMED
Ohio State
Cincinnati
West Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
New York Medical College
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Seton Hall
NOVA MD
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Rush

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help! Did you remove schools based on my own stats or based on out of state acceptance?

Yes, and some of the those OOS applicants accepted to state public schools are former residents, attended the undergraduate school, are legacies, etc. .
