Some of your reaches are goofy (Cornell, NYU, U of C...), but that's the nature of reaches, I guess.

I have every reason to think you will be accepted with this list.
I wouldn't apply to 8 of them, but that is me. You have every right to your own choices (as long as there are enough to get you in!).

that's very kind of you. I probably should mention for disclosure that I took the MCAT once previously and scored a 27. I retook about 6 months later and scored the 33 (12/10/11).

Not sure why I didn't mention this in my description. Still hope I'm on you're good side

I appreciate your advice. I was considering adding Duke and Stanford to the list, and probably Case, but not sure. Excluding Stanford (obvious pipe dream), I don't want to add top schools for the sake of it, and surely want to aim appropriately.

Choose your donations wisely. They really don't need the cash as much as you do!
