I suggest these schools with your stats:
U Florida
Florida State
Central Florida
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
NOVA MD
USF Morsani
Miami
TCU
Tulane
Arizona (Tucson and Phoenix)
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Belmont
Wake Forest
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Hackensack
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Rush and Loyola expect far more non clinical volunteering hours than you have.
For DO schools I suggest these:
NOVA
LECOM-Bradenton
UIWSOM
ACOM
WCU-COM
PCOM (all schools)
AZCOM
TUNCOM
@coconut&sunsets I moved this to the pre-med forums where you will get more answers.

UC Irvine takes about zero % OOS students.
California schools are pretty tough for OOS applicants unless you want to include some DO schools like Western (Pomona) and Touro CA
SUNY takes mainly NY residents or those from the area
You can apply to all your FL schools, except your MCAT might not be competitive for UF and USF. Definitely include Florida State.

I'll let the better list makers like Faha add to your OOS list.

Rush looks for tons of experience (e.g. a full year of employment or volunteering) so I'd take that off the list. Take a look at what UIC charges OOS students and consider whether you'd be willing to borrow the entire sum if you weren't offered any free money.

Other than that, I'm not an expert on admissions in SMP situations.

Being an aupair isn’t nonclinical volunteering. The purpose of nonclinical volunteering is to pull you out of your comfort zone and have you deal with people very unlike yourself. IMO you really have no nonclinical volunteering. Unless you get nonclinical volunteering you might be screened out early in the process. Many schools are focused on service to the unserved/underserved.
Skip Rush and Loyola from the start. I’m not sure about Creighton and Georgetown. Both are Jesuit schools but I’m not sure how strict they are on the nonclinical volunteering.
Get some shadowing with a primary care doc.
Projected hours don’t count.
Good luck.
