Help with School List

I would like some advice as where to apply.

cGPA 3.49
sGPA 3.39
MCAT 26 (B 10, V 10, P 6)
* plan on retaking in August

ECs include 3.5 years working in hospital (currently in ER). 2 years as firefighter/EMT-B. Held offices in a student organization. 20 hours Shadowed Gastro DO. AHA BLS instructor. And involved in various community service days, etc.

As Stated, I work full time nights in the ER. Wife full time student as well, and we have an 18 month old daughter.

LORs: 2 DOs, 2 MDs, Premed Advisor, 1 Sci professor (working on second sci).

Schools I am considering applying to include KCUMB (top choice), ATSU-KCOM (top choice), RVU, LMU-DCOM, LECOM, DMU-COM. And looking to others as well. I am aware of schools with minimum MCAT subscores, as is why I plan on retaking.

I plan on submitting AACOMAS this week for verification. Any advice is appreciated.

My MCAT was a 26 as well, and I got into ATSU-SOMA (however, my subscore in physics was a 7 vs a 6.) I would add a few more schools in areas you wouldn't mind living and branch out a bit. I'm assuming you're a MO resident like myself.

BTW, most schools max out at 5 LOR.

Yep I live in MO. I thought about adding ATSU-SOMA as well. Yeah I will add a few more as well. Yeah, I will figure out which LORs to send, prob not all of them. Did you get other acceptances? And what was your stats?

I applied to only four schools, and I applied really late (February!). ATSU-SOMA was my only interview and acceptance of those four. My GPA was 3.48 with a 26 MCAT

That's smart. My choice of four was a bad idea. Applying broadly is a good idea.
