Research: 900+ hours of clinical research at the university hospital, 1 publication and multiple abstracts/posters

EC: President of 2 multicultural orgs

Shadowing: 80+ hours with various specialties

Volunteer: 200+ hours in health care settings, as well as an orphanage in South Asia

It's more helpful to formulate your own list and then have us give you suggestions on what to keep/lose rather than us make a list for you because we don't know what your prioritize, what you look for in a school, if you want to specialize, etc. Only you know the answers to your preferences.
