Help with signing up for dat

So I just signed up for the DAT, once I submitted my Card information to pay, the damn internet bugged out. I waited a couple of minutes but nothing came up, I checked and I was charged for signing up but I did not get a confirmation or anything else. I am calling tomorrow morning to see what is going on but I am wondering what should I have expected to see once I submitted my request? I did not get sent to a page to pick the day I want to take it etc, they took my money and nothing else happened.

Are you sure that your card information went through?

It went through because I was charged for the transaction.
