help with summer surgical experience please!!

I am looking for a good summer experience that is surgery related for the summer between MS1/MS2. I would love something that is mixed clinical/basic science research. Anyone have any experience or ideas for me?

Whatever field you are interested in going into, find someone at your institution who is well known...and friendly, and find out if they have a particular research interest. If it is of any interest to you, read some of their work and set up an appointment with their secretary to ask them for any reesarch opportunities. Most docs will be excited to help you out.
