Help with the Reading Comprehension

I need help with Reading Comprehension

I have tried 3 methods. Please tell me which method is best, or if none of them are.

1) Read the whole passage and take little notes, and then answer the questions

2)Read the first paragraph, the first 2 lines of the rest of the paragraphes, and then answer the questions

3) Or don't read it at all, and go straight to the questions and skim to find all the answers

The help would be much appreciated

I personally think reading it all is a waste of time. I never remember any of it when I'm done, so this does not prove effective for detailed questions. I read a few sentences of the first paragraph and then go straight to the questions. It works for me!
