Wow. I haven't heard anything lately about voids.

The phone thing appears to be more than just a Prometric policy:

Cellular telephones are not allowed anywhere in the test center, and may not be used on an unscheduled break. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the secure testing area. Personal belongings are not allowed in the secure testing area. - 2011 ADA DAT Guide p.12

Were these old, angry workers angry enough to write up a report? You obviously didn't keep an eye on them for the 2nd half of the test, but were they still crazy about it after?

Evidence of an irregularity may be in the form of a report from a test administrator.

The fingerprint thing sounds like more of an administration error on their part, but could still fall under the generic umbrella of 'test irregularity'.

they lightened up a bit when i was leaving but i do remember one guy saying 'you're in big trouble' during my break. i also noticed 'cell phone' written and highlighted next to my name.

do you have any idea how long it takes to find out if your score is under review or whether or not there is a policy that they must inform you if they are filing a report?

I don't really know. Read up on it in the guide. And write a detailed account of everything you remember while it's fresh in your memory in case you need it later.

if you plan on leaving the computer to go to your locker/bathroom, you do.

If you plan on staring at your computer for the 15 min break, you dont.

Don't worry. For some reason, they couldn't get my fingerprint. Like the machine wouldn't read either of my fingers. And nothing happened.
