okay...
so last year I was the victim of identity fraud. This guy ripped me off big time and I had ten or so bounced checks because my account was negative after he got ahole of my debit card and credit card.

So I had some hot checks...and i was almost forced to drop out of school. I managed to pull it together but now I have bad credit (the hot check people were pissed and reported me)

i can't get any loans at all!! What can I do?

I think that your first step would be to contact all 3 credit reporting agencies, get copies of your credit reports, and find out what they have.

Then, one by one, you have to insist that the adverse events are removed from each report. Personally, I'd find a lawyer, or someone who has experience doing this. I don't think that we can really help much. You need professional assistance.

It'll be a pain, but it is worth it. You have to clear your name.

Retain an atorrney, with identity-theft, sometines having a lawyer is the only way you can get your credit rating back.
