Okay... I admit it, my english sux...
and I know I need to do well on the writing portion of my interview...
can anyone provide me some possible essay questions so I can practice?
Any help is appreciated!

Oh yeah, and one more question. For those who have already done their interviews... does the essay have to be in the 5 paragraph formation? Introduction, Body, Conclusion?>\

I'm not sure where you can find sample essays, but yes, I'd use the 5-paragraph format.

make sure you look at the interview page, that will give you some good ideas for past essay questions.
They asked us to write about two people you would put on a postage stamp and why.

Preparing for possible questions isn't the problem.
It's being able to react to any question through a systematic approach which people find difficult. If you only study responses to certain questions i'd bet a lot of money you'll probably not even receive that question.

You should talk with a couple of english professors or read about writing. Writing an essay should incorporate your personal viewpoint or take on a concept, this is why its your essay. do NOT rehash cliches or mindless ambiguously general phrases.

Develop a central idea for your piece or in some cases your response, develop this through the intro with a clear thesis statement followed by structured and organized development in typically 3 body paragraphs. This development in a coherent manner should finish here and be concluded in the final paragraph. The conclusion should be a restatement of your thesis and no new information should be brought into the final paragraph.

Dont fret so much about grammer, spelling, punctuation, or other actual 'English' criteria...unless you are really bad, then you would have to work on those. Pharmacy schools look for your clarity and organization of thoughts, your ability to put your thoughts into writing, and/or your ability to take a side and stand by it.

In my interview I only had one side of one page to write my response on, so there was no way I could have done it in 5 paragraph form. Mine actually ended up being a fairly large single paragraph, which I sort of regret. The question for me was, "Your friend has borrowed an important and valuable item. Despite your repeated requests to have it returned he has not yet done so. How would you go about trying to get the item back?"
