Hi, im a third year medical student at a SUNY medical school, average board score, p's in most of my classes first and second year, and mostly p's in my third year. now what programs would be the BEST i can get for internal medicine in the east coast at my level? what schools are reasonable reach places? i know places like harvard, columbia, etc is out of my league. i would really appreciate it if someone gave me an honest answer. thanks

I think you would be better served starting with an advisor of some sort at your home school. Below the Ivy Leagues/top 20, IM is pretty wide open.
