I just checked my email and Howard University told me to retake the DAT so that I can have a more competitive score..My AA was a 14.I took it in September..so you know I cant take it till Dec..I always knew I was going to take it again..Does anyone know if this mean that I have already been rejected or what????...HELP PLS

If they didnt send you a rejection letter, then you haven't been rejected.
 
crees is right, the fact that they ask you to retake means they're obviously interested, or they wouldn't have bothered asking. I recommend busting your ass and showing them how badly you want to go there, it would probably help to invest in a prep course. If you can pull your score up a few points you probably have a strong shot
