Rapid Review Pathology, by Edward Goljan
Robbins and Coltran Pathological Basis of Disease, by Mitchell, et al.

Big robbins is a huge chunk to plough through. I'd start with the british gem from Stevens/Lowe. It's no point bragging about what you have read through, it's all about what you can reproduce. Having said that, Robbins/Cotran biggie is a fab book, and it makes the biggest noise when tossed over the 5th floor balcony.

I mostly used the syllabus, then the Goljan book, and if I still needed to understand something better I got Robbins out.
