Well, the problem with that is that your professors might not have your final grades in by that time. If they do, then yeah, go for it. If not, then just a bit. Don't worry, a week or 2 waiting for transcripts won't put you behind very many others when it comes to applying. Don't forget to order a copy for yourself so you can input your grades/courses correctly!

No.
To make sure your official transcript is handled properly by OptomCAS, you should print the OptomCAS Official Transcript Request Form by clicking on the orange button next to the school name in your Colleges and Universities Attended page (you must enter your institution information before you will be able to print a transcript request form). You must give this document to your registrar’s office to include with your transcript when it is mailed to OptomCAS. At the same time, you should request an unofficial student copy for yourself to help you complete the online application.
I don't know if you can get a blank form and fill it in, but there's a barcode of your ID at the top. You need to create your account on July 15 so you can get the form for your school and have it included with your transcript.

my school finals week ends june 10 but optomcas opens jul 15th so should I request my transcripts june 10 so they send them faster?

Just relax. The few days you have to wait for them to get your transcripts will not make or break you. In the meantime you can enter in all your classes (which you have to...optomCAS just double checks what you enter with your transcript) and write your essays or work on supplemental apps.
