I have a dilemma here.. I have a 3.3 GPA right now, I have volunteered at a senior home since my freshmen year (Senior this fall) and I have done about 2 hours each week, and also at the YMCA coaching sports grades 1-4. I have not taken the GRE so lets just say that I got an average/above average score on the GRE what are my chances of getting in to grad school with a low GPA? I thank those willing to help!

In terms of getting into a DPT program, lots of schools consider the prereq GPA to be more important than the overall GPA. Also, some schools only look at your GPA from your last 60 credits. If you show an upward trend in grades and get high grades in prerequisite courses, as well as great recommendation letters and essays, you stand a decent chance.

I didnt do too well my first two years of college due to lack of motivation but I have been doing better and hopefully bring up my grades but the problem is right now I'm finishing up my undergrad and I took my most of my prereq my first two years and didnt really try at all (biggest regret now), with that being said do you think they will look at my undergrad?
