okay so at this point, I want to sent emails to the schools that I realllly want to attend to show that I'm still interested. what do i say that shows my interest but doesn't make me sound desperate? for example, it would really be a dream come true if i get accepted to this one dental school, would I sound desperate if i said so?

Its fine to send letters of intent or interest. Just say thanks for giving me the chance to interview, state why you like the school and then why you would fit in there. Keep it under a page.
