What are some of the things a hematopathologist can do that a hematologist can't?
 
Make histopathologic diagnosis?

Sure there are some hematologist who are pretty good at looking at smears and even BMs. But it is a little like any other doctor looking at X-rays. Easy ones anyone can get.
