Could someone please explain the following, having read Goljan and fa, these things are still not clear to me.
1. Is HMWK ( high molecular weight kallikrien) needed for the Intrinsic coagulation system? And what is kallikrien's purpose in general?
2. When does Factor 7 activate Factor 9, as it usually activates Factor 10?
3. Why is IgG given in ITP?
