Very crazy...many of those schools only take IS students or very very few OOS


s. ala, U. Ark, U kans, Lsu, U of Nev, ND, wright state, U of Ok, U of SC, SD, E. Tenn, U of tenn, Marshall, W. Va, and all of the Texas schools.

Yes if at all possible you dont want to go to PR schools.
