I'm Doing My Pre-pharmacy Coursework From Community College In New York , Till Now I Have A Gpa Of 3.8 I Have Pcat Score Of 97 Percentile . The Question I Have Is That I Still Have Some Courses To Take Which I Would Be Able To Complete By Spring 2008 , I Am Looking Forward To Apply For Fall 2008 , Now There Are Some Schools That Have There Deadlines By Jan. Or Feb But During That Time I Would Be Doing The Spring Session , So I Want To Know Can I Apply In Pharmacy Schools , While Still Completing My Course.

2. Is Long Island University Easy To Get In .

3. Can Ne1 Plzz Tell Me Which Schools Are Easy To Get In

Thank You In Advance

Ok, in reverse order, let's start with #3: There are no pharmacy schools that are easy to get into. Each have their requirements and you must do your part in understanding what they are and fulfilling them. Since you appear to be from NY, I would suggest applying to NY schools, but diversify and apply elsewhere, as well, based on the necessary pre-requisites which you will be completing.

#2- LIU is actually a competitive place and they don't take a lot of transfers- will you be applying for their 6 year program or as a transfer? If you are trying for the latter, I know even Ivy League graduates (including myself) who have been turned down for transfer! It was not only not easy, but I was competing for maybe 2 or 3 spots?! (at most!)

#1- Regarding pre-reqs, at a lot of institutions, as long as you have done most and only have a few in progress, that is fine. If you are taking them all in your final semester, that'll raise a lot of eyebrows... Make sure you specify on PharmCAS that you are currently enrolled in some pre-requisite coruses.
