high blood pressure question

Hello,

I'm facing some high blood pressure problems, sometimes my pressure is 16/10 ~ 17/10

I did some exams but for the momment we didnt disconvered what problem I have...

I'm 21 years old, male, 75kg and 190 cm of height

Attached there is my blood exam I did, I noted that my colesterol HDL is low than it should be...

My HDL colesterol is 36 mg/dL

What do you think that is happening? I'm young and healthy, but now started this high blood pressure problems 🙁
