Does anyone know of any postbacc programs that are designed for people experiencing trouble with the mcat. I know drexel has one, but are there others as well. My gpa is a 3.9, but my mcat is only a 25. thanks guys

Have you thought about a commercial prep class like Kaplan, TPR, EK? Is there a particular section that's stopping your score from reaching it's full potential? Perhaps focus on that section.

Clearly, you've got a high GPA and depending on your score and EC/LORs/etc. and the state you're in things where you want them to head.

Good Luck,

Have you thought of simply applying to med school? My friend had a 3.8 and got a 25 twice and she got in to Penn state.

You could try to apply, but if you are set on allopathic only, that 25 could hold you back. Are you URM by chance? Otherwise, I agree with the guy who said commercial prep. That is a good way to go if all you need is a better MCAT.

Pulling up your MCAT by a couple of points could help you immensely. How many times have you taken it?

Apply to DO and caribbean if you really want to be a doctor. Unless you can raise your MCAT, anything less would be unethical.
