I'm still in high school, I want to get into medical school after my bachelors, and I'm wondering what I can do in high school to improve my chances besides getting volunteer hours.
I don't think there is much you can do to better your chances of getting into med school while you're still in high school aside from what you're currently doing. It would definitely help your application if it shows you have a long term commitment with volunteer work. Just focus on getting great marks for now to get into university. When you get there there'll be more volunteer work, EC's, MCAT prep, getting sick GPA's and so forth.
