High School Shadowing Experience

Hi guys! 🙂
I'm going to be a junior in the fall, so I still have a year now before I start applying to dental schools. I went to a health professions high school where I was required to do a preceptorship my senior year for 12 weeks. I chose Dentistry and I have a steno notebook for the 12 weeks documenting my experiences. Can I still include this in my shadowing experience even though it was in high school? If so, how? I'm from Texas and going to apply to the 3 dental schools here.

My perspective is still the same, I'm just closer to obtaining my goal. I'm asking because it was a great deal of exposure to dentistry and I'm wondering how I can use it to my advantage.
