High School Teacher Recommendations??

Hi All!
I was wondering, how do you guys feel about getting one of the recommendations from a high school teacher?
I know that getting professor recommendations are important, but I really want someone who has known me for more than one semester to write my recommendation.
Please let me know if you think this is a good or bad idea.
