Does anybody know how many schools require high school transcripts and SAT scores?

Also, I took a semester in 2003 in another college and I sort of need a few credits from that semester to finish all my pre-reqs. Will I be able to use it. I plan on applying for pharmacy school next year or the year after that.

Wisconsin, UCSD, Michigan, and UCSF all require high school transcripts. Michigan is the only one that I believe requires the SATs.
