So I graduated Summa Cum Laude from a top state school, and thought I wanted to go do a masters before medical school in medical ethics from the best program in the country. However, the writing proved quite difficult for me and my STEM background, and my grad GPA is lower than my undergrad GPA, It's a 3.75 compared to my undergrad GPA of 3.86. How much will this hurt me, assuming all of my other stats are stellar, including MCAT and EC's? I was shooting for top tier schools, but now I'm worried I wont be good enough.

Get a stellar MCAT first and then you can worry about top schools. As it stands now, your GPAs won't hold you back.

Not likely to be an issue. Look particularly at the medical schools that offer the MA in bioethics as they are most likely to be attracted to someone with your credentials and you are most likely to find opportunities to continue your bioethics education on the side through campus events sponsored by that program.
