I know a lot of people freak out when they hear of "this person" having a 3.7GPA and a 22AA DAT and not getting an interviews at this school. People should realize that GPA and DAT scores aren't everything. I'm sure that a good number of people just have sh*tty applications -- spelling errors, personal statements that are generic and boring, etc...
Granted, GPA and DAT are very important, but when you turn in an application and essay that looks like it was filled out in an hour right after a night with "Billy-Bong Thorton," they're not going to really care about your stats.
I just don't want everyone here to stress about their stats when people post up stuff about getting rejections.
