I just recently got some blood work done and was surprised at the results. The results of my blood test indicate my triglycerides were 300, and I should be under 150, hdl 41. Is it possible that these results are a little off because I had two hamburgers about two hours before the blood test. If so, how much could that meal really affect the blood test......( I know I do have to cut the fast food...)
