Dear expert

My mother has only 1 kidney - she had a kidney removed in 1983. Lately she did a blood test and her uric acid (serum) was found to be high. Please see result @ http://postimg.org/image/6ak089vjd/

We are worried that her kidney might be failing. Can we have your insight please?
