From what I've been hearing HY Neuroanatomy is the way to go for neuro. Is there a big difference between the editions? I'd rather not spend an additional $15-20 if I dont have to...

I typically prefer older editions just because they are shorter...that's half the reason 1999 HY Cell is so expensive, it's more concise than newer versions

Any other thoughts on 3rd edition vs. 4th edition?

I don't think it really matters because if it did there would be bunch of people charging exorbitant prices for it. I didn't even know the 4th version was out, just bought it over amazon.
