High yield for neuroanatomy & anatomy, for sure
BRS for physiology, for sure
Not sure about immuno. Never really found a good review book for that, but if I'm remembering correctly, it's not covered a whole lot on the boards.

I know some people used Lippincotts for Biochem and just read chapters that seemed pertinent (i.e. not the whole book cover to cover).
