High Yield topics on COMLEX I

hey guys,
so i'm a second year starting to review for my comlex. I wanted some advice on how to approach the exam. I went over the past two COMLEX experiences threads and came to these conclusions on what topics seem to be the highest yield.

OMM, big on viscerosomatics, cranial, sacral, chapmans
Micro
Pharm
Anatomy, esp upper and lower extremity
Neuro, esp anatomy

How much does this change year to year? and What else do you think I should be focusing on? There are so many other topics in FA. Of course I'll be going through them but should I be worried about them in the same capacity as if I was taking the USMLE?
