Does anyone know if they take the highest scores from two MCAT tests taken?? Specifically, schools such as PCOM and UNECOM?

i think they take both of them into consideration.
 
It works the same way that retaking classes replaces the old grade for you gpa calculation: When they look at the short summary of your stats they will see the calculated gpa, but its not like they don't then look at your transcript and take all those classes into account.
