So, now that step 1 is coming around once more can current or previous test taker give us a general idea of what the highest yield subject on the test is?

This is what I think.

Pathology > Physiology > Biochemistry (genetics + cell biology) > Pharmacology > Microbiology > Immunology > Behavioral Science > Neuroanatomy anatomy

My test looked something like this (highest to lowest):

1) Path = Physio
2) Pharm = micro/immuno = biochemistry
3) Histo/cell bio = anatomy/embryo
4) genetics = behavioral science

Phys (often integrated with path)
Biochem
Gross Anatomy = Behavioral = Pharm
Micro = Cell/Molecular/Genetics = Neuroanatomy
Epidemiology/Biostatistics = Clinical Medicine
Embryo

I've only used the first three ones, so I can't comment on the rest. I would say Qbook>Qbank. If I had to choose one source for path questions, Robbins Review > Qbank/Qbook. Re-do the questions if you have the time (and steam).
