Are you able to HIGHLIGHT the passage on the actual exam like you can in USMLE world?

yes. From what everybody has said, the uWorld software is designed to mimic the actual test software to emulate the experience as best as possible.

That includes the highlight, strikethrough (for answer elimination), labs, and flagging.

The only thing the real test doesn't do is show you the answers like "tutor" mode 😉
