Highly recommended EM rotations?

There was a similar thread in 2004 that I thought was very helpful. I was hoping we could get some updated info on some great places to rotate.

It would help if you told us what kind of rotation you're looking for. UMass has a very popular wilderness medicine rotation that is open to visiting students. There's a version of the rotation for first and second years, too, but I think that might only be for UMass students. Plus there's a standard EM sub-I that includes LifeFlight shifts if you want to fly. I've also seen med students doing ultrasound and med tox rotations, although those aren't advertised on the website. Both of those divisions are very strong at UMass and would be great elective experiences IMO. There were away students rotating in the pedi ED as well, but you go through Peds for that rotation rather than EM.
