I'll figure I'll give it a try before I start cold-contacting people.

Does anyone have experience or knowledge on the benefit of getting the HIMSS (Healthcare information manageress society) certification for a Rph?

I'm trying to get my way into health care technology as a pharmacist. I'm currently using various report writers in my field and it would be a niche I want to further continue towards.

I checked the roster of folks with these certification (similar to the BPS website) and there's a handful of folks with a PharmD.
