qliqconnet.com Its awesome, both desktop and PDA apps available. FREE for under 25 users. My office deployed it 2 months ago, no issues at all. My staff likes that they can IM me from their computers to my PDA if I am on the move. They have a zero knowledge environment, fully end to end encrypted. So far no complaints.
