Does anyone have a psychiatric history taking template they like to use that you can share? I'm looking for something comprehensive but simple enough to use. Please let me know. Thanks!
Personally, I've never used this template though and instead just do my own thing. But, especially for med students, these can be useful, and this is the one I've seen my students using.
