I am 1 week out my nbme/UWSA's are in the 240-250 range.. Been through UW twice (once during school year) and 2nd time averaged about 82%.. I'm afraid I am getting burnt out / hitting a wall and I don't have the time (nor the energy) to go through all my notes / MTB again.. Should I just plough through anyways or do you guys have any suggestions as to how to study smarter this last week?

Sounds like you're quite prepared. Have a beer. Play a few rounds of golf.
I appreciate the humour but I am being totally serious . I am starting to freak out about not knowing little details and I'm not sure if I have time to go over everything again. Any advice is appreciated .
