So 2 things First SDN is not the best place to get this info, Google both Internal Medicine Practitioners, and infectious disease practitioners in St. Kitts and contact them directly, also you might want to discuss with your PCP and or Infectious disease MD that currently manages your condition, about the challenges and risk you might face to stay healthy in a foreign country.
