Would it be too mundane to list running, jogging, or roller skating as a hobby in the supplemental application?
If you were to only list academic activities, wouldn't it make you seem like you weren't well rounded? It seems, to me atleast, that schools are looking for more then just the perfect studious student whose life only revolves around school. Being social is desirable as well.It definitely wouldn't help the application. I think you should focus more on academic related activities.

explain why these hobbies affect you as a person, reflect on how you have developed certain characteristics from these activities. hope that helps

Right on, but be sure to include things that show you're capable of destressing from time to time. 🙂if you can relate it to pharmacy, go for it
i included one of my hobbies into my a couple of my supplementals as well as the interview itself because it showed my leadership skills

Well, I don't think you would necessarily have to relate them to pharmacy, I think they mostly want you to show that you are a well rounded person.
