Hold multiple acceptances?

Is it OK to accept multiple offers of admission until I make up my mind? I know you can do this for medical school but is this frowned upon by graduate/ post bacc programs? Will this hurt my application to the medical schools at the universities I later don't join?

Each program should give you a deadline that you must put down a deposit by; you have until then to decide. If you're OK with putting down non-refundable deposits for all those programs so you have extra time, I don't see why the would frown upon that.

It's fine. You could probably hold multiple acceptances up until the first day of classes provided you're willing to pay deposits and what not. Master and post-bacc programs don't share acceptance information because there is no unifying organization that does that.
