Holding multiple acceptances (MD and MD-PhD)

I didn't apply early in the cycle so I'm just starting to hear back from the schools I interviewed at. I recently received an acceptance from an MD-only program which has given me a 2 week limit to 'accept or decline the offer'.

I am still waiting on several MSTP programs and am unsure if I will hear back from them in the next 2 weeks. Can I accept the MD-only program offer for now and withdraw it if I hear good news from the MSTP programs?

My worry is that by accepting the MD-only program, the MSTP programs will think I'm committed to the MD-only program.

You can hold multiple acceptances until May 1. MSTP programs won't be able to see your MD-only acceptance until they accept you, so by then you're already in. If I were you, I'd accept the MD acceptance and then withdraw it once you're accepted to an MSTP

You can say yes, but it is not binding. Otherwise, it is an AMCAS violation by the school.
