Hole Punching inward folds?

I was doing CDP and the tutorial stated that the hole punching folds are outwards/ towards you. But I've started Bootcamp and I'm seeing inwards folds! I never knew there would be any on the DAT! So in this section the folds can be outward and inward?


Here is an example from Bootcamp.
Can someone please clear this up? Thanks!

Yes it's D. But based on CDP, they said it's always folding outward, so I don't know if the DAT changed it now.
